Over the past few years, the number of licensed REALTORS in the United States has grown at a pace that has well out-paced the actual market. The thought of easy money and the opportunity to take advantage of a price explosion led many to join the ranks of seasoned real estate agents. As the bubble busts, so will the quantity of agents that maintain their licenses.
